What are the size and weight limitations for home improvement deliveries with Roadie?

Roadie allows you to handle a wide range of home improvement items, including those that are large, bulky or awkwardly shaped. The network includes a variety of vehicles, from sedans to box trucks, to accommodate different needs. You can deliver items up to 12 feet in length and 300 lbs. Some examples of items frequently delivered by home improvement retailers include: lumber, building materials, small furniture, small appliances, tools, equipment, flooring, tile, doors and windows.

Can drivers using Roadie deliver pallets or heavy equipment?

Yes, as long as palletized material or equipment is loaded by senders and unloaded by recipients. Drivers are not required to load or unload palletized deliveries. All deliveries must be within the Roadie weight and size limits.

Do drivers have lift gates?

No, Roadie is not able to match you with drivers that have lift gates. 

What additional equipment do Roadie drivers have?

Roadie drivers can be certified to carry additional equipment to assist with home improvement deliveries including hand trucks, straps and blankets.
